Excellent apartment with luxury finishes.
* 114 m2 + 33 m2 of housing terrace overlooking the harbor and Ibiza. Very sunny thanks to its orientation Southeast. Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven and microwave. 3 double rooms with 2 single beds each. Sofa bed. Air conditioning cold and heat. Wi-Fi. Interior ceramic and aluminum. End Construction: October 2008.
Large pool and small garden. Private parking.
Quiet area 10 minutes walk from Ibiza and Ibiza port (ferry). Together taxis and bus stop (100 m), supermarket, restaurants and clubs. Very close to Talamanca beach.

(regarding a stay in May 2011)
We stayed in this wonderful apartment in May and had a lovely peaceful holiday. Its in a great postion. The beach really is 10 minutes walk away and it has beautifully clear water which is great for snorkling which we did every day! (Talamanca Beach)
Marina Botafoch is very near by and have all the facilities and restaurants you could wish for.
There are lots of beautiful walks and places to visit in this very picturesque part of Ibiza.We'll be back and hope to stay in this apartment again.
The apartment was very comfortable and clean and very relaxing with a few very good restaurants nearby.
We would recommend either this apartment for a sunny warm and stress-free holiday for couples like us or a family.

Very nice modern and clean apartment with a great sun terrace, 3 good bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 nice bathrooms.
The apartment is well-secured and is located on walking distance of the Pacha club (200 meters) and the Ibiza town centre (about 10/15 minutes walk).
Communication and financial completion before and after the reservation is perfect.
Would recommend this apartment to anyone!
