Fully furnished apartment in a private residential complex in the Condado de Alhama Golf Resort in the region of Murcia, Costa Calida. In addition to the passive and active security systems, the residential buildings are within A closed perimeter, controlled by 24 hour security personnel. This has allowed to create a resort which is more open and family orientated, relaxing and comfortable.

Between Alicante and Andalucia, in the purest of the Spanish Mediterranean quarters, lies the region of Murcia; with 235 Km of coast line, 315 days of sunshine per year and an annual average temperature of 21 degrees.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, back terrace overlooking the mountains, and a front terrace that leads into the main garden, where the community pool and the playground areas are.

Condado de Alhama is located between the towns of Alhama de Murcia to the north and Mazarrón in the south. It is in a virgin and privileged place in the Valley Guadalentín, between the regional parks Sierra Espuña and Carrascoy-El Valle. A strategic location with an advanced network infrastructure.

The communications are excellent and it is located near the confluence of the new highways Alhama-Mazarron, and Alhama-Los Alcazares. Both join with the A-7 motorway that runs across the mediterranean coast. So, the beaches of Mazarron are only 10 minutes driving and the other Polaris World resorts in less than 30 minutes driving, with 6 fields to play golf in a radius of 40 km. By the dual Alhama-Los Alcázares you will arrive shortly at San javier airport.Most of the low cost airlines (EasyJet, Ryanair, Air Berlin, Monarch Airlines, JET2.COM, etc)fly directly to the airport.

You will need to rent a car through a rental company such as europcar, eurigacrown, etc.
