This bungalow is situated on a lovely private estate, in a typical Andalusian style, 50 m from the Vera Beach (textile area). It has 1 double room, 1 twin room, a lounge-dining room, complete bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, terrace with furniture, laundry room, store room and individual parking space.
The estate has a swimming pool with a communal garden and Satellite TV. It borders with the beach, a sailing school and a golf social club with a bar and restaurant next to the sea. There are two golf courses in just a few kilometres and a shopping centre with a supermarket 200 metres away.
It is situated 1.5 km from Garrucha, 6 km from Vera and 9 km from Mojácar.
