* Characteristics of the villa:

This villa is situated in calm place close to the beach. With 780m2, this villa has 3 floors: at the first floor you will find the living-room, the dining-room, the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. At second floor you will find the bedrooms area with two couple bedrooms (one of them suite), one twin bedroom and an independent bathroom.

Still this floor you have access to balcony with a beautiful sea views. At the third floor you will the attic was transformed in bedroom with a twin bedroom and two extra beds.

Outside you can enjoy the beautiful lawn garden where you can rest, read calmly and relax in a bed garden due to the great privacy and an excellent sun exposition of the house and its garden. Also in the garden you will find a barbecue area with table and chairs where you can do and appreciate delicious meals.

* Location:

Situated only 0.62 miles from the beach, this property is ideal for people looking for radical water sports like surf, windsurf, kite surf, canoeing and others on the wonderful atlantics beaches with conditions at world level. For people who prefer a calm holiday I suggest some walks by the mountains with beautiful waterfalls, fishing and travel boats.

Its excellent location is ideal for visiting northern Portugal and Spain: only at 3.7 miles from Viana do Castelo, 37.2 miles from Oporto and 9.3 miles from Spain (by ferry-boat in Caminha).

* About the town:

Viana do castelo is a cosmopolitan town where you can find all kinds of commerce and cultural activities. Local beaches, rural activities and the mountains can be enjoyed at this location. Come and met the local pottery, the historical monuments and taste the wonderful gastronomy that north has to offer.
