House completely independent villa on the first floor, 100 m from the main beach of Regla and integrated in the center of the village within the town in a quiet area for a good holiday.

Its large private terrace is the most desirable and attractive at any time, in Chipiona because the weather is warm all year. There is garden furniture, plants and a pergola number to enjoy the sun and also shelter from the midday when the sun hits hard. Lunch and dinner on the terrace are unforgettable, with views of the lighthouse of Chipiona which is the highest in Spain.

The house has 150 m2 divided into 2 floors and about 50 m2 terrace. The capacity of the house is 6 people. The house has 3 bedrooms on the top floor of a marriage and children with 2 beds and on the ground floor of another marriage. 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower and another bath. In addition to the terrace also highlights the breadth of the room and the light that comes pouring throughout the house. The kitchen is complete with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, ceramic hob and all kitchen utensils necessary to prepare any meal at any time of day.
