Individual, rents beachfront apartment in Marina D'Or (Oropesa del Mar, Castellón) at 30m from the beach and 300 m from the Marina D'or Balnearium, beach of sand and grass, 180 degree sea views, 8th floor, for 4/6 people, very well equipped. Air conditioning.

Only available for natural fortnights (1 to 15 or 16 to 30/31 of each month).

Living room, 2 double bedrooms with ceiling fans, 2 bathrooms, independent kitchen, all exterior and facing to the sea, large terrace of 90 m2, with awnings and oriented to the east, indoors parking in basement, swiming pool, kid-zone. Quiet and very independent. No pets allowed. Mercadona at 1km. Pharmacy at 200m. Medical Center at 2 km.

Marina D'or: exit 45-AP7 motorway, national road 340, buses to Oropesa, Madrid and other cities, pharmacy, petrol station. Oropesa del mar (2 km.): Railway Station and, Medical Center, Library, Post Office, Church, Pharmacies, Antiques.
