A brand new semi-detached house for 5 people in the most beautiful residential areas of Islantilla (Huelva), situated next to a golf course in the new Vistahermosa estate (opened in May 2005).
Fabulous beaches, water sports, horse riding and golf in a privileged setting, 900m from the beach and next to a golf club. Possibility of going on numerous excursions (Portugal, Doñana National Park, Aracena Natural Park, La Rábida...). Close to 2 shopping centres, one at the actual golf course. Close to Seville and Faro Airport.
Outside: Very carefully looked after and peaceful estate with large green areas. It has two swimming pools.
Car parking space and storeroom.
Distribution: Downstairs: fully furnished and equipped independent kitchen, with clothes line. Large lounge dining room with an exit onto the terrace. A garden area and lawns. WC.
Upstairs: two large rooms with built in wardrobes. One with a double bed and terrace, and another with 3 beds (90x200cm). Complete bathroom. Possibility of a cot.
