(regarding a stay in August 2011)
The apartment is very nice, comfortable, clean and modern. Everything is in a very good condition and all rooms (bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom etc) are equipped with all the basic necessary items needed. It is very well located since it is near to the Amistad metro station (5minutes walking) and to an economic supermaket called Mercadona.
To go to the beach or the center of the city it will not take more that 15minutes (subway). The owner of the apartment is a very nice and serviceable lady. Negative aspects: The kitchen warms a lot while cooking and in the summer the house turn very warm too. However exists two air conditioners, one in the living-room and another in the couples bed room, which helps a lot. Life in Valencia is a litlle bit expensive, so the other and last "negative" aspect of the apartment was the rent. Could had been a little bit cheaper! =P We had an amazing vacations there!
