The accommodation

In a quiet urbanization of 40 apartments, a community pool is surrounded by a beautifully wooded plot.
The apartment is on the 1st floor
A covered terrace of 20 m2, facing South/ East is equipped with a summer kitchen and a garden table and chairs.
A staircase allows to climb on a solarium of 45 m2 where the view on the sea is incomparable. This solarium has a full lounge and deckchair for 360° sunshine throughout the day.
The apartment of 45 m2 has 2 double bedrooms, one with a bed of 160x200 and the other 135x190. All 2 are equipped with mosquito net and ceiling fan.
The bathroom consists of a bathtub and the toilet is separate.
In the main room, air conditioning provides you with a mild heat in winter and a healthy cooling in summer.
The kitchen consists of a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge and coffee machine.+ nespresso coffee machine
A TV with French decoder + ASTRA decoder (for foreigners) is available in the living/ dining area.
The WIFI is offered optionally at the price of € 15/ week.
A covered parking space is included in the rental
Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided.
