The brand new, very luxury villa consists of two floors and has an enclosed garden with a large private swimming-pool and six lounge-chairs. Near the pool is plenty of space to relax and sunbathe. Further a barbecue is present.

The villa is furnished with two bedrooms (2x1p, 2x1p) which suits for 4 persons. Furthermore, on request, a baby cot is available and against additional payment an internet-connection.
The luxury villa is equipped with air conditioning (2 units) and all around rolling-shutters.

At the back of the villa there is a large balcony.

The swimming-pool is being maintained weekly (a.o. cleaning).
The living room of this luxury villa is well and comfortable furnished with a.o. a bench and 2 armchairs. Further a television, videorecorder, DVD-player and radio/CD are available. Internet connection (broadband) available at an additional charge. This villa has a seperate diningroom.

The luxury kitchen is fully-equipped with a.o. a granite worktop, ceramic cooking ring, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezing compartment and dishwasher. Furthermore a coffee machine, toaster and mixer. Finally a washing machine and tumble dryer are available.
