The accommodation

Vilas Coloradas Playa is located in a newly built residential (January 2009). The villa comprised of two levels. Top floor has the master bedroom en suite with fitted wardrobe, private terrace and sea views. (Bed size 150 x 190 cm.) the bathroom with 2 washbasin, toilet, bidet and a bath. The second bedroom with twins (90 x 190 cm)., Wardrobe and a terrace with stunning views. The second bathroom has a shower.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with furniture & appliances (including dishwasher) and various kitchen utensils.; The laundry, with washing machine, ironing board and clothes lines. The third bedroom with double bed (135 x 190 cm) and fitted wardrobe. The living room with a sofa (seats 3-4 people), an armchair, Flat screen TV, and satellite TV . The dining area has a rectangular table for 6/8 people and patio doors leading to terrace and pool. There is an al fresco dining area, fenced pool for safety of children and there are sun loungers for all occupants.

Setting

In the surrounding areas there are activities such as tennis court withing walking distance, the coastal promenade is just across the street, leading to beaches, carzy golf, water sport, bowling alley, samll amusement park, pitch and putt. There is also paddel cort. (short tennis ).

The Marina is enticing at night with many upmarket trendy designer boutiques, shops, galleries - perfect for roaming around after a satisfying meal in one of the many restaurants or just to sit and enjoy a coffe/dessert or a glass of wine and watch the yachts and people go by. For an evening drink we recomend the Global House that also have open wiffy for clients, whilst watching the sunset in total comfort.

Many fo the 4 and 5 star hotels allow non residentes in the evening including the Dream Castillo Hotel and Spa which is a 5 minute walk the villa.

Activities and attractions

Playa Blanca is the most southern point of the Island of Lanzarote. Usually it is more sunny and a couple of degrees higher than in other areas. In this area are the famous beaches of Papagayo, (a group of about six natural white sand beaches).

The Port Marina Rubicon is another attraction of the area for the different activities offered. Along the marina there is a pitch & path the 9-hole Hesperia. Dorada Beach or golden Beach is highly recommended for families and children as it is well protected and safe by a large dam. The center of Playa Blanca remains the balconies and facades typical of the Islands. Also is the port for ferries crossing every hour to the island of Fuerteventura.
