About Playa la Mata and all services, supermarkets, shopping centers, outpatient medical and Social Security and private Hospital (St. James), pharmacies, public transport, etc. Very quiet and well connected. Close to golf courses, water parks and a marina.

During your stay in this chalet can approach the island of Tabarca (boat trip), watching lots of fish and enjoy great promenades.
