Beautiful villa, rustic style on a mountain side in the midst of pine trees with wonderful views of the salt flats, Cap des Falco & Formentera, private swimming-pool 10x5m, BBQ, fish pond, solarium, 2 terraces with panoramic views, only 4,5km from Ibiza town, 2km Airport, 3km Cala Jondal, and 7 Km Las Salinas.
The best discotheques in the world (Space, Pacha, Amnesia and Privelege) can be found at a distance of 3 km and 16 km. Complete property rental. Owner lives closeby for maintenance.
