The accommodation

This well-situated apartment is just 200 meters from the nearest sandy beach. Guests can relax beside the shared rooftop pool, or enjoy views of the sea from the private balcony.

Up to 5 guests can be accommodated in the apartment, which offers a twin bedroom and 2 sofa beds. In the open-plan living area there is also a simple kitchen where light meals and snacks can be prepared after a day spent sunbathing. The apartment receives plenty of natural light from large windows leading onto the balcony.

Setting

The apartment has a great location in the heart of beautiful Marbella famous for luxury lifestyle, 300 meters from the cobbled streets of the old town. It is a 10-minute drive from Monte Paraiso Golf Club and a 15-minute drive to Puerto Banús.
There are a plenty of restaurants within a 2-minute walk from the apartment, and a 7-minute drive to upmarket Puerto Banus Marina area, known for its trendy boutiques and fashionable bars. It is a 40-minute drive to Malaga Airport.

Activities and attractions

You will find all the infrastructure within walking distance and amazing unforgettable embankment that offers a 40-minute relaxing walk by the sea from Marbella to Puerto Banus just downstairs! Bike rentals in the same building and lots of water activities on your beach. Also lots of activities for the kids nearby! The port of Marbella with numerous discos is in 5 minuted walk.
