Enjoy its captivating charm on those lovely summer evenings, in a very peaceful area, with the surrounding streets leading to the sea and the centre of the Port of Alcudia, where you can watch the fishing and sailing boats going on their daily trips around the island.
Situated just one minute from the marina, 1 km from the golf course, 2 km from the Roman ruins and the town of Alcudia, making it ideal to enjoy the long walks from the house and we will even rent out bicycles and the car if necessary.

Nice, clean and well equiped house, even better than it appears on the pictures. Short walk from beach, supermarket and port alcudia center. Friendly and helpful owners. An excellent holiday, our kids loved it.

The villa description on a site completely corresponds to a reality.
Very friendly owners.
Full equipment by all necessary.
Pure pool.
Possibilities of a parking for 2 cars.
The villa is successfully located in several minutes of walking from restaurants, shops and near to a beach.
We have very well spent 2 weeks of holiday, have visited many beautiful places of fine Mallorca.
