The owner´s comments
Lovely apartment in private urbanization with great gardens, five minutes walking from the best beaches of Marbella, in consolidated zone with many restaurants and places for shopping. Very close to a pair of golf courses (only five minutes from the apartment). Very well connected with the city centre of Marbella, going by public bus or by car is 10 minutes distance.
The development has three swimming pools, one of them is climatized that can be used also in winter time (the medium one). There are also tennis courts, a restaurant inside, barbacue places, meeting rooms...
The apartment is very well orientated, south-east, with great views, good finishings, marble floors, induction, oven, microwave, fireplace... and all you need to have a great vacation in the heart of the Costa del Sol.

The complex was lovely, well cared for and with a good restaurant and swimming pools. It catered for all ages.
It is within driving range of Marbella and close to the beach and shopping facilities.

We spent a week in Elviria i oktober and had the opportunity to rent this nice apartment overlooking the pool area and the morning sun rising when sitting at the balkony. We really can recommend the appartment it was clean and got everything you can need for a fine holiday. Even the sun was shinig every day

Ideal apartment for a holiday, super location; situated in the center of Elviria, nice view on the swimmingpools, well maintened garden/complex, clean swimmingpools with lifeguard. The complex is with 95% Norwegian people, Norwegian Restaurant etc. but for us (we are from Holland) it was no problem. We will recommend this accommodation !
