The building is an old fisherman family house, in the Sitges traditional style, centrally located in the old part of the city, just 100 metres (3 min. walk) from the Sant Sebastià beach. Because it is centrally located, everything you may need is nearby: supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars, pharmacies, etc.

The house has two independent apartments in two separate floors: the one for rent is the upper floor, which has been completely renewed this year in a trendy style, but keeping the traditional Sitges touch, and it has all modern facilities. It has a little patio and there is plenty of light, due to its windows on the roof and to its balcony.

The living room and the dinning room are together, and it is a very big space: it has a very big table and a double sofa, and also a TV-set with a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new electrical appliances and is connected with the terrace/patio, which has a beautiful teakwood table. There is also a washing machine and clothes lines.

The bathroom has a modern shower and also a big window in its high roof, which allows plenty of day-light, and it is specially beautiful even though it is not very big and has no bath.

Finally, there are two rooms: a big room with a double bed, and a smaller room with two beds (bunk beds). In both rooms two available separate extra beds can be fitted if needed. The rooms have plenty of day-light and big wardrobes.
