It is decorated in a modern and functional style and has its own private courtyard garden, which has the great advantage of being located in the heart of the city but at the same time lets you enjoy the most absolute calm and silence. This beautiful apartment is located a few meters from Gran Vía street, Fuencarral Street and close to Chueca, Sol and Cibeles.

But you discover the real reasons for your good choice when you walk into this magnificent apartment... modern decor and functional, perfect finishes, warm wood, with two double bedrooms and spacious lounge / dining room. In addition, the apartment has a centralized air conditioning system.
