Right over the sea – Cap Sa Sal Begur Costa Brava

The accommodation

Unique stylish apartment right over the sea, in the magical residential luxury complex of Cap Sa Sal, that used to be the most glamourous hotel in the Costa Brava, visited by worldwide film and music stars and other celebrities, competing with Côte d'Azur and Italian riviera.
Recently refurbished and freshly decorated by the creative interior designer Pia Capdevila, this duplex with unbeatable location offers stunning sea views from both floors.
The main floor offers the feeling of being on a cruise plus the luxury of space: nothing between us and the sea. An equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom, and a large living room and dining room surrounded by balconies with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and the gardens.
In the upper floor we can find a large bedroom for the kids, a play room with a complete bathroom, and the master suite. Watching the sun rising from the sea while lying in your bed is certainly an unforgettable memory.
The common area is splendid.
There's a large hall decorated with sofas and small tables where guests can enjoy an impressive view of the sea and the Medas islands, as well as concerts and activities for kids in July and August.
Oustide, beautiful gardens originally designed by landscape designer Rubió i Tudurí, filled with pine trees, aloe, Rosemary, palm trees and dracaena, with several benches where to sit down and relax.
Right by the sea, a large swimming pool with cascade, and a bar serving breakfast, sandwiches, salads, snacks & drinks during the summer, as well as direct access to the sea from different spots.
In order to get the kids entertained, there's also a playground with swings and slides for the little ones, and a mini golf course and plenty of outdoor space to explore for the elder ones.
As well as a Social Area including a cinema room, an entertainment area equipped with a ping pong table, table football, and a gym.
There's also a reception where press and fresh bread from the local bakery can be ordered and delivered every morning, as well as a cleaning service if requested.
The complex offers free wi-fi for guests.
And right by the entrance there's a small Relais du Silence Hotel, offering a very close-by restaurant & lounge bar with impressive views.

Setting

Cap Sa Sal is strategically situated right in a peaceful spot right by the sea, though just 4,2km. away from Begur, in the heart of the Costa Brava.

Activities and attractions

We can find restaurants and beautiful spots at walking distance or just a short drive away (Aiguafreda, Sa Tuna, Sa Riera, Aiguablava… and of course the fantastic medieval town of Begur and it’s wide gastronomic and shopping offer). The central location makes it a perfect starting point for excursions all over the Costa Brava and Empordà (Empúries, Figueres, Girona, Calella, Llafranc, Tamariu…).
We love the area (we know it since we were kids and still enjoy discovering new spots every year) and would be happy to help you enjoy it as much as we do.
