It´s in the second floor in a closed residential with a big pool one one for children, pool bar, children´s playground and parking

There are two bedrooms, bathroom, dining/ living room, complete equipped kitchen an two balconies.
It got air conditioner, TV/ Sat, washing machine, hair dryer and balcony furniture.

In the next area there are a lot of bars an restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, children´s amusement park and bus stop to Denia

The apartment is aprox. 200m away from the popular sand beach Las Brisas and aprox. 3km from Denia town

Fenomenal

El apartamento está completamente nuevo y perfectamente equipado con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones cómodas. La playa está muy cerca para ir caminando sin problemas y Denia queda a 3 km (5 min en coche) donde hay de todo. En los alrededores hay tiendas para compras de urgencias y los supermercados no quedan lejos en coche. La playa es bastante tranquila y sin saturación, además de limpia. La urbanización es muy tranquila y la piscina es bastante grande (semi-olimipica), aunque en ella se echa en falta una zona de hierba para sentarse o tomar el sol (tiene unas sillas de plástico tipo bar para sentarse, pero no invita a pasar mucho rato en ellas...). En general una estancia muy agradable, además de unos caseros encantadores.
