The accommodation

In the heart of the Cabo de Gata de Gata, 500 metres from Las Negras beach and situated in the peaceful Cortijos Las Negras estate, two romantic studies and one Loft.

Located in garden of 1000 m², with the common part of the accommodation for the enjoyment of our guests, with tables and chairs to enjoy breakfast and lunch outdoors.

Two independent studies:

1. The Washigtonia: Studio bedroom (picture yellow room) with 1.50m bed, living room with TV and air conditioning and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is in a cottage in the garden, next to the studio, with tables and chairs in the garden, enjoy a leisurely breakfast or lunch. For two people.

2. The Winery of the Washingtonia: Studio in a cellar, with a bedroom with 1.50m. (Pictured in red) and a bathroom with shower. It enjoys a pleasant temperature all year round. For two people.

* And a Loft open space of 100 meters for two, with an interior garden in the loft, a rustic kitchen with all amenities, flat screen TV, air conditioning and a great marble bath. Bed of 1.50 m. For two people.

All our accommodations have separate entrances and are distant from each other. With the ability to rent together or separately, with total capacity of accommodation for 6.

Setting

This is ideal for people who like both peace and quiet and adventure tourism, with the possibility of hiring kayaks, doing diving courses, going on hiking routes throughout the Nature Reserve, with picturesque beaches and coves.
