The owner´s comments
Rural house newly restored of stone and wood of two floors.
* Size 220 m2. It's a very friendly lounge of approximately 45 m2 and many height, 3 big bedrooms, one of them of approximately 20 m2 with bath. Opened big kitchen, pantry, laundry room Garden fenced of 100 m2, parking for two cars.
Pie de la Sierra is an small village in a valley to 5 km from the sea and from the beaches of Buelna, La Franca... Llanes's Villa is to 15 km, excursions near to Europa's Peaks and to coastal Cantabrian villages.
Eats up very well in nearby, with some restaurants very fitted of price. Golf course to 12 minutes. It's a beautiful house in a place very calm.
