The owner´s comments
Villa Albella is situated in one of the best residential areas of South Gran Canaria. It has beautiful views to the sea and to Maspalomas dunes. Placed in a very quiet area, the house is only five minutes drive to the xx areas and only 10 minutes walking to San Agustin beach.
Furnished with all the needs to enjoy your holidays, the house is divided in three floors:
- Cellar with a games hall and toilet, an office with washing machine and dryer, and a small bedroom.
- Ground floor: living room (200 sqm.), kitchen, toilet and terrace facing the swimming pool
- 1st floor: 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, one double bedroom, one single bedroom and a living room with TV.

this beautiful villa must be one of the most gorgeous
locations that are out for rent! We had a wondeful holiday here. quiet surroundings. Lovely view
tastely furnished extremely well equipped. We had nothing more to wish for.The sound and light system gave a perfect finnish. We ate on the terrace every night and didnot feel any urge to leave this paradise. We used the gym and the table tennis dayly so even the chess board. What a brilliant idea to pay attention to every detail.
We will be back! Strongly recommended by a family of 9.(1baby 1 kid)
