A nice villa in a peaceful area with 4 bedrooms. The house measures 250 square meters, and exteriors made of natural stone.

On the lower floor contains three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large fully equipped kitchen including: microwave, dishwasher, oven, cooker top, and dishwasher. Extensive lounge/dining room with fireplace, TV, video, play station. The lounge leads out onto a covered terrace with tables and chairs and magnificent views of the sanctuary of Sant Salvador, Santueri Castle and picturesque woodland. The upper floor can be reached by an interior staircase with a bedroom and en suite bathroom, leading to a covered terrace with views of the mountains and the sea.

Garden and lawns in the area of about 1000 square meters containing palms trees including two areas with fruit trees. A Swimming pool surrounded be lawns and terrace. The terraces are equipped with sun shades and sun loungers. There is also a section where you able to barbeque which is under cover, and furnished with table and chairs.

The farmhouse is standing on parcel of land fo about 20.000 square meters in size, and of which the house and gardens occupy about 2.800 meters. The farmhouse Marsella can be used within 10/15 minutes walk from two of the prettiest beaches in the southern part of Mallorca. They are the beaches of Cala Mitjana, virgin beach completely unspoilt There is also the possibility to rich on foot, the beaches of cala Estreta and cala Brafi.
