The accommodation

A detached villa built on 360 m2 plot, garden with lawn, a 7 x3 swimming pool and a barbacue.

The villa is 90 m2. The ground floor consists of a living room with bed-settee which opens to a covered terrace with garden furniture, a full equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The first floor has a bedroom with a double bed and there is a solarium and a toilet (WC+ wash basin).

It has kitchen utensils, a dinner service, glasses, etc. There is a butane gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwaves, washing machine and TV.

Air conditioning (OPTIONAL): 70 €/week

Setting

It is situated 200 m. from the sea and from the beach called "Cala Llobeta".
In Calafat there is a supermarket, a coffee/backer, 3 restaurants, paddle court, ... and 7km. from the village L'Ametlla de Mar, where there are more shops, banks, …

can be found from pristine coves and blue flag beaches, ideal places for family holidays.

You can do many water sports such as scuba diving, and there are companies where you can rent jet skis or boats
It also exists along the entire coast a path called GR-92 for Hikers.

Just 30 minutes to the south we will find the natural reserve of the Ebro Delta and to the north we will find Salou, Cambrils and the theme park Port Aventura.
