Casa Chica is a charming cottage set in an acre of private olive groves with stunning lake, sea and mountain views and only 10 minutes drive from the village of Periana.
There are endless opportunities for culture with Granada, Malaga, Cordoba, Nerja, Antequera etc all within easy driving distance.
For beachlovers, Casa Chica is only half an hour from the coast and surrounded by mountains for those who prefer altitude!
* The house is perfect for those who want to relax and unwind and enjoy the silence of the countryside. It is ideal for couples, famililes, walkers, birdwatchers, nature lovers, photographers, artists, romantics etc.

We spent a wonderful holiday in this house in the summer of 2009 and will make sure that we come back again. Its accommodation is beautifully and simply done with everything needed for a family. A particular bonus was the large open living space which provided perfect respite in the heat of the day. The views and the setting are perfect - real Andalucia at its best - quiet, peaceful, with views of olive and almond trees, mountains, lake, sea beyond. We left feeling as though we'd had a really property holiday, certain of our return.

My family and I stayed at Casa Chica recently and had the most wonderful holiday. The location is exceptional - rural, peaceful and very beautiful. The house is comfortable and well equipped and the terrace in front the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. We loved it!

I was lucky enough to stay at Casa Chica recently and had a wonderful holiday with my two young children. They woke each morning and went straight out to play in the olive grove. All day was spent building dens, swinging in the hammock and adventuring off to play with animals on a nearby plot - my daughter especially enjoyed collecting eggs from the hens. I was pleased to have found a place where I could relax because I wasn't on 'pool watch' all the time but my children were nevertheless constantly occupied by the adventures to be had in the 'wilderness'. It's a peaceful place but very close to great mountain top restaurants and lovely places to go for a drink. We explored the Sierra Navada and enjoyed a day trip to Granada (easy drive) as well as getting into the local scene during the Semana Santa festivities. Even when the holiday didn't go perfectly because one of the children got sick, we weren't too stressed because the bilingual owners were only too happy to help getting us a doctor. For us, Casa Chica was the perfect combination of absolute rural Spain (it takes at least 10 minutes to drive down the drive) with the holiday treats we all enjoy (sipping wine at sunset on a terrace with panoramic views). Our children had a great time because we could let them run free in the confidence they were safe there.

Beautifully appointed, well equipped and spacious villa. Offers complete privacy and stunning views. We visited with two small children and found it the perfect base for exploring and relaxing.
