Nice, fully equipped apartment in front of the sea and with spectacular views over Santa Ponsa beach and bay. The building has a direct access to the swimming-pool and to the beach.

Large solarium and terraces on pool area, cafeteria and restaurant, sunshades, calm atmosphere and night lighting.

This apartment is especially appropriate to spend pleasant family holidays.

Situated 400 meters from Santa Ponsa’s main square which provides daily free entertainment (live music …) for the whole family from 19h00 to 24h00 during the summer season.

In short distance you’ll find shops and supermarkets, chemist’s, tobacconist’s and newsagent, hairdresser as well as optimum connections to public transport (bus, taxi…)

This apartment and its natural surroundings are the perfect spot to spend quiet and unforgettable holidays on Mallorca.

* Outdoor: Shared areas: Design swimming pool for adults with separated children area. Large solarium equipped with garden furniture and sunshades in front of the sea and at sea level.

* Indoor: Twin bedroom with two beds and additional child bed, wardrobe and ceiling fan. Living-room with spectacular sea and mountain views, dining table with six chairs, two comfortable sofas (one of them convertible into a double bed). Fully equipped American kitchen (see pictures): stove, microwave, coffee-machine, toaster, fridge-freezer, cooker hood, cold and hot water. Fully equipped bathroom: shower, washbasin, closets, mirror, light spots, hairdryer, iron, washing machine and vacuum cleaner.

The building is oriented towards the sea (front line) and has got a lift to take you to the apartment (6th floor) and to go to sea level. Digital access with private code.

* Services: Within a radius of 300 to 500 meter you’ll find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, a chemist, tobacconist and newsagent (national and international press) and most important, a bus stop for Palma line.

* Nearby activities: Santa Ponsa Club Golf resort (18 holes), Santa Ponsa Yacht Harbor, tennis club with state-of-the-art facilities. Marineland (6 kms) offers daily shows with dolphins and other exotic animals.

Access to the island’s main road network is only 800 meters from the apartment.

* The Santa Ponsa area: Santa Ponsa is a major touristic resort located in the Calvia district, on Mallorca’s West coast. It is situated around a bay with a sandy beach and a yacht harbor, which represents one of its major attractions. Besides various water sports, Santa Ponsa also offers the possibility of practicing golf.

Visitors choosing Santa Ponsa to spend their holidays can lodge either at the hotel or in an apartment, or in summer residences. This touristic area is most adapted to all ages and offers a wide range of services and facilities (shops, restaurants, cafeterias, water parks).

* A bit of history: It was here that King Jaime disembarked in 1229 in his quest to conquer the island and take it from the Moors after more than 300 years of Muslim domination. The spot where King Jaime arrived in Santa Ponsa is remembered by Santa Ponsa's best known landmark, the cross at the entrance to the Marina which was erected on the 700th anniversary.

Another landmark is a small church on the main road to Magalluf. Known as the Chapel of Sa Pedra Sagrada (Sacred Stone) it is, according to legend, on the site where the Christians celebrated their first mass on the island following the conquest.

To commemorate the landing of King Jaime and his knights, the "Rey en Jaume Fiesta" (one of the biggest Fiestas in Mallorca) takes place in Santa Ponsa during the week leading up to the second Sunday in September. There are daily events including colorful parades, Medieval market stalls and a re-enactment of the battle between the Moors and the Christians on Santa Ponsa's main beach.

The construction of Santa Ponsa’s first summer residences started between 1928 and 1930 according to a city-garden concept. The process was interrupted due to the Spanish civil war and the country’s subsequent isolation until the 1960’. At that moment touristic development restarted and experienced a large growth in the 70’ and 80’, when many hotels and touristic apartments were constructed in the detriment of the initially planned summer houses with garden.

Santa Ponsa has a vast beach (550 x 100 meters) with white sand surrounded by palm and pine trees.

* 30% of the total price is to be paid by bank transfer upon reservation.

* A 200 € security deposit shall be added to the 30% reservation.

*The remaining total price (70%) plus an additional 60 € cleaning fee is payable per bank transfer no later than 15 days prior to arrival.

*The 200 € deposit will be refunded cash upon departure after checking perfect condition of the apartment and its equipment.

*Free airport or harbor pick-up by courtesy of the owner upon arrival and departure (max. 4 people).
