In addition to having a wide variety of outdoor games described below, the property is equipped with numerous board games for both adults and children that will undoubtedly serve to spend pleasant moments with family or friends.

This is a stunning, spacious, ibicencan-modern villa with spectacular views to the mountains and to the sea ideally situated close to the airport, the best beaches of the island and ibiza town. It has got a beautiful and well cared garden and a 62sqm private swimming pool with jacuzzi and an amazing 160 m2 top roof terrace with chillout area.

Entering the villa its immaculate condition, with modern deco invokes the ibiza style, accented with minimalist touches; characterized by its traditional masonry crafted in natural stone, special table made of natural forms of tree trunk and a pure white atmosphere capture the light and the feel of the island.

The main house counts with a spacious living room (with comfy sofas, flat screen tv, satellite, dvd player, ipod dock and free wi-fi) with dining area standing out for its style and luminosity, with direct access to a covered porch with lounge and dining areas, the garden and pool area.

The villa is fitted with a fully equipped open plan stylish kitchen with all the modern appliances (refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, etc.) you might need to prepare and serve delicious meals.
The villa has got hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

This unique home counts with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as follows:

- master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- second bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
- third bedroom with two individual beds.
- fourth bedroom with two individual beds.
- the third bathroom has got a spacious walk-in shower.

Under request we are happy to join the individual beds and convert them into a double with a bed doubling system. Please let us know your preference and we gladly arrange it for your arrival.

Apart from the main villa, there is an annex with a private entrance that consists of a suite with two individual beds, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Perfect for 2 more people and if some of you are looking for privacy with totally private access without having to enter the main house.

In the exterior you can enjoy the very well maintained, designed tropical garden with sunny and shady areas, an inviting large swimming pool (62 m2) with jacuzzi, surrounded by loungers. You can enjoy magnificent sunsets, relax and unwind in the "balinese bed" strategically placed to enjoy the views in complete harmony with nature.
For your comfort there is a poolside shower.
To enjoy an active stay, in the garden we have installed a ping-pong table, a trampoline and a basketball basket.

Next to the swimming pool there is a barbecue and a covered porch with a chillout and a dining area making that and ideal place to enjoy delicious meals “al fresco”, barbecue or some tapas.
The large top roof terrace with chillout area is just an amazing spot to enjoy a refreshing cocktail admiring the sunrise or the magical ibicencan sunset in the company of your family and friends.

This villa has many extras such as centralised air conditioning, heating, free wi-fi and alarm system and safe box in each bedroom.

The villa is a well located home with handy access to the main road, the ideal place for those who want to enjoy the tranquillity without being far from the most exclusive beaches and the beautiful old town of dalt villa, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops.
It is perfect for families and friends seeking privacy, relaxation but also fun, and for those looking for a private heaven away from the hustle and bustle in the city.

Please note that during winter months (November-March) the top roof terrace is not completely set up, especially the textile cushions due to the possible rain.

Setting

The villa is located in south of the island. It is conveniently situated close to the airport, Ibiza town and the best beaches in the island such as Cala Jondal, Sa Caleta, Playa d´en Bossa and Las Salinas. Deep Turquoise waters and powdery white sands: a true paradise. They are at 3-5 minute driving distance. Restaurants and other recreational facilities are nearby.

Nearby Sa Caletta there is a little cove, while Es Cavallet nudist beach is a beautiful sandy stretch with views to Formentera.
Las Salinas beach is also near the villa and it is a hotspot of gorgeous people.
North-coast Cala d’en Serra, near Portinatx, is a well-kept secret.
Aguas Blancas on the northeast coast has a great chiringuito serving caipirinhas and steak sandwiches.
Cala Jondal in the east is famous for its seafood restaurants.

In Ibiza Town you can stroll through the winding lanes of the Port area, soaking up the vibrant, atmosphere of Ibiza by night; wander up through the cobbled streets of the Old Town to admire the stunning views across the bay; browse through the many and varied stalls and designer shops; dine in one of the many restaurants, for a moment of blissful calm amidst the action; you can even catch a ferry to Formentera or the neighbouring beaches.

If nightlife is your preference then Ibiza has some of the best nightclubs and places to eat in the world. The world famous Ushuaïa, Space, Bora Bora and Hard Rock are only 5 minutes drive away.

One of the joys of being in this magical island is that you are never far from anywhere. There is so much to do, to see and to explore whilst taking advantage of Ibiza's wonderful Mediterranean climate.

The island of Ibiza covers an area of 572 km2 and is the third largest of the Balearic Islands. Ancient Greek settlers named Ibiza and its sister island Formentera, the Pitiusan islands owing to the large expanses of pine trees which stretch from coast to coast. (Formentera Island is also a good opportunity to discover.)

As well as the stunning weather and beaches, Ibiza boasts many cultural attractions including the fortified Old Town of Ibiza known as Dalt Vila that was named a World Heritage Site since 1999. There stands out the Natural Park of Ses Salines, where there are also important archaeological sites.

And, of course, the nightlife. From the 60's, Ibiza has become a reference point due to the arrival of the hippie movement and in recent decades by the growth of the clubber scene.
Ibiza is famous for its extremely hip and glamorous night life. It is home to some of the most important discotheques and clubs in the world, bringing together key DJs of the scene. The Ibiza party never ends.
For many the best night-life on offer in the Mediterranean and probably the best night clubs on offer in the world.

Inland however offers a totally different experience.
Traditional peasant farmers using century old techniques share home-made wine with hippies from the 70s and celebrities from the cities. In the stunning unspoilt landscape there are secret dirt tracks that lead to ancient ritual sites or to some of the most expensive and luxurious real estate offered in Europe.
