Luxury villa with pool . Construction in July 2009.
* Villa with 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 sofa-bed.
It is located in the beautiful coast between Gijón and Villaviciosa, in a very quiet place near the sea and all amenities. 1 km far there is a supermarket, bars, bank, health center and pharmacy.
The house has LCD TV, DVD, freelance programmer heating on both floors, swimming pool, Automatic garage door, porch, garden and barbecue.
Kitchen appliances, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, oven, microwave, extractor, juicer, toaster.
It is an ideal reference point excellently communicated to enjoy a few days exploring the coast and inland Asturias.- Setting
We are close to the Jurassic Museum (Colunga) opened in Easter 2004. 3.5 km. away is the beach; very close by are the beaches of La Ñora, Meron, Tazones, El Puntal and Rodiles, typical fishing port of bowls to 7 minutes, Marina The Depth to 10 km. Nature Reserve Estuary Villaviciosa.Gijón is 15 minutes away(San Lorenzo beach, Poniente and Arbeyal, Roman baths, botanical gardens, museum Evaristo Valle). Oviedo 30 minutes away and Ribadesella 45 km away.

This stylish and comfortable villa was the perfect base for our family on our holiday to Asturias. It was exceptionally well equipped with everything we could need, and was beautifully furnished.
The villa is quite rurally located and very tranquil, although there are a few 'neighbours' yet it is within short walking distance of a lovely restaurant/bar and it is easy to get to the beach etc with a car.
What's more, the owners, Belen and Alejandro, were utterly charming and extremely helpful, even before our trip began. Highly recommended *****

We had a great time staying here - for once it is just like the photos.It is well designed and very comfortable both inside and out. The setting is very tranquil. The owners were very helpful when we arrived and the accommodation very clean and well cared for. I would highly recommend it.

such a beautiful house in a gorgeous location. So very well appointed, you cannot want for anything. We barbecued on the excellent terrace, watching the sun go down, marvellous. Great pool and very close to a smashing surfing beach, Playa de Espana. bring your surf board!! good bar a 5 minute walk, and excellent restaurant in the village, Los Pisones, also within walking distance. The owners of the property are wonderful, helped us with so much information, so friendly and simpaticos. We are definitely going back (if they let us........) This is the real Spain, Asturias, tradition and cider, bagpipes too. Even the butcher can deliver to your door! Local pick your own fruit is a treasure (el Malain), try it, especially blackberry liqueur. local chorizo sausages, criollos, are a must. Weather was more than excellent for us, but there are fabulous places to visit on unsunny days, Oviedo, Gijon, and even Villaviciosa, with it's excellent covered market selling fresh locally grown produce and the fish counter is heavenly.
Thank you to the owners, they are as enthusiastic and keen as we are about life.
