Old country house & winery just rebuilt. Surrounded by orange groves and mediterranean vegetation, in Montgó Natural Park. Short walk to Jesús Pobre village with shops and restaurants.
10 minutes drive from Denia and Javea beaches, 2 minutes from La Sella 18 holes golf course and 15 minutes from Oliva beach, with wind & kite surf facilities and 18 holes golf course. 5 minutes from modern shopping mall.
