-Room villa 200 m2, simple and comfortable furnishings: living room with open fireplace, satellite-TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Dining room. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds.

1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer). 2 showers/WC, bath/shower/WC. Electric heating, wood heating. Terrace 18 m2, terrace 25 m2. Deck chairs (6). View of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN], free).

Setting

Family friendly, simple, comfortable villa, built in 1972, renovated in 2008. In the resort, in a central, sunny position, area with little traffic, 700 m from the beach. Private: grounds 1'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (10 x 5 m, 01.01.-31.12.).

Barbecue house, parking by the house. Shop 300 m, grocers 50 m, supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 800 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach 700 m.
