Wonderful luxury apartment with amazing seaviews totally refurbished in 2005.

Comunity swiming pool and beatiful garden. Located in a very quite and nice place to 7kms from Ciutadella. Ideal for couples with or without children. Next to a Marina with all services ( supermarkets, restaurants, quemistry, boat rental, diving shools, etc.) and with two well known "Calas" like Son Xoriguer and Cala N- Bosch.The best apartment in the area for a relaxing holidays.

Setting

It is located in one of the most idyllic places on the island, at Cap de Artrutx, with its lighthouse and the island of Mallorca in the background (stunning sunset views, beautiful walk for at sundown, with both with friends and family).

Only 5 minutes walk to the marina of Cala N Bosch, which has many services (boat rental, boat trips, bicycle or on horseback, pharmacies, restaurants, fish, pasta and meat, playground for children , pubs, bars, etc, etc.) ideal to have everything you need during your stay.
