Wonderful luxury apartment with amazing seaviews and totally refurbished in 2019
Comunity swiming pool and beatiful garden. Located in a very quite and nice place to 7kms from Ciutadella. Ideal for couples with or without children for a maximum stay of 4 people. Next to a Marina with all services ( supermarkets, restaurants, quemistry, boat rental, diving shools, etc.) and with two well known "Calas" like Son Xoriguer and Cala N- Bosch.The best apartment in the area for a relaxing holidays.
Setting
It is located in one of the most idyllic places on the island, at Cap de Artrutx, with its lighthouse and the island of Mallorca in the background (stunning sunset views, beautiful walk for at sundown, with both with friends and family).
Only 5 minutes walk to the marina of Cala N Bosch, which has many services (boat rental, boat trips, bicycle or on horseback, pharmacies, restaurants, fish, pasta and meat, playground for children , pubs, bars, etc, etc.) ideal to have everything you need during your stay.
Activities and attractions
As indicated, next to the complex where the property is located, is the wonderful Marina of Cala N Bosch, a small marina full of life and services (supermarkets 24h, pharmacy, medical consultation, and all kinds of leisure activities boat trips, boat hire without skipper, diving, equestrian trails, biking, hiking, rental cars and motorcycles, as well as a specific water park for the children with slides, pools, video arcade, karting, park balls, bouncy castles, etc. that will delight the little ones while the adults can relax in one of the many terraces of bars, restaurants, pubs, lounge and chill out bars that are circling around the marina.
Besides all this, are next to the Marina of Cala N Bosch, the coves of fine white sand Son Xoriguer (which also can make all kinds also of water activities at the center "Surf and Sail" where you can take windsurfing, kayak tours for groups and / or families, hobie cats (very funny catamaran), rental boats without skipper to meet with friends or family the most "emblematic" of Menorca who are in the Costa where is the property.

propiedad genial en un enclave muy chulo!!
Nos hemos alojado aqui dos parejas en este precioso apartamento en un complejo super bien cuidado , muy tranquilo y con todas las comodidades y servicios muy cerca para una estancia genial, jardin, parking, piscina superbien!! atardeceres de ensueño en el faro a escasos dos minutos andando...Supertranquilo incluso en temporada alta!! altamente recomendable!! repetimos fijo!!

Mi marido y yo hemos estado unos dias en este precioso apartamento muy bien decorado y con todas las comodidades necesarias para hacer una estancia perfecta que ademas esta ubicado en un complejo superbien cuidado y muy muy bonito. Tienes unas vistas espectaculares desde la terraza al mar y el faro de artrutx que a la caida del sol son de postal... Tienes todos los servicios a mano y no precisas el coche si no lo deseas para moverte por la zona con dos playas muy cerca a pie ( n bosch y son xoriguer) y ciutadella a escasos 5 mins en coche. El complejo tiene parking privado y es muy tranquilo incluso en temporada alta, la verdad, muy bien y lo recomendamos a tope! casera y propietarios super amables!!

estancia genial
Estuvimos alojados este invierno en este apartamento que esta superbien cuidado y con todas las comodidades para hacer la estancia muy agradable. Muy bien equipado ( nevera nueva, lavadora nueva, toallero electrico y maquina de aire todo nuevo , y con calefaccion de radiadores que lo hace muy agradable) francamente altamente recomendable y sus vistas al mar y el complejo son simplemente una pasada, muy cuidado todo con jardinero cada dia en el complejo y el entorno tiene todo lo que necesitas con lo que el coche si no deseas no es necesario pero recomendable para conocer otros lugares en la isla. Los propietarios encantadores asi como su ama de llaves
