Beautiful house located in a calm housing development, in a natural sorroundings next to the Ordal mountain range and the Garraf Natural Park. 1.7 km from the town center of Vallirana.

* Two spacious and sunny rooms, two bathrooms, living room with fireplace, dining room with direct acces to the terrace and garden, and kitchen. Garden with swimming pool and barbecue. Swimming pool area suitably fenced.

Enjoy a peaceful holiday at 30 km from Barcelona city. Well communicated with the city center. Definitely need a car, although there is the possibility of traveling by bus from the center of town to the city of Barcelona.

24 km away is the town of Vilafranca del Penedès, Alt Penedès capital, the most traditional wine region and extent of Catalunya. On foot, by car, bicycle, flying, riding ... or as you want to know one of the most unique landscapes of Catalonia. The most concentrated area of production of wine and cava of Catalonia, grouped under the DO Penedès and D.O. Cava. Can walk in between the large expanse of vineyards, or visit some of the wineries and taste their products.

The influence of the sea and the sun makes penedès an area of warm and soft.
On Saturdays, the streets and squares in the center marks one of the oldest and most important markets of Catalonia with an extensive product offering.

30 minutes driving can get to Sitges, a town south of Barcelona, surrounded by sea and mountains, along the Mediterranean. Its origins in small fishing village and later, and thanks to the initiative of artists, became a place of reference and outreach center of the Catalan Modernism.
