The owner´s comments
A new apartment situated in Calle Fuencarral (a trend setting shopping area). Exterior windows, very bright, quiet. 2 minutes on foot from Chueca square and 5 minutes from Gran Vía, surrounded by shops and leisure. Public watched car parking facilities, open 24 hours a day, 100 metres away.
Contemporary decoration. Plasma TV, Nespresso, DVD, Wi-Fi.
A very cosy and pleasant apartment to enjoy a few unforgettable days in Madrid.
The building has a caretaker and security cameras.

* Weeks are from Monday to Monday.
* Arrivals must be around 2pm and departures at midday on the following Monday, to give us enough time to clean between guests.
* Cleaning costs, sheets and towels included in the price
* Bookings confirmed after transfer of 300 € deposit.
* The remaining balance is paid on arrival at the apartment, along with a 200 € security deposit which will be returned at the end of the stay.

Great appartment on a great location.
2 Metro stations nearby. Pedestrian area so no noisy traffic. The view on the square is great. Wifi!
