The accommodation

Beachfront apartments with fabulous sea views. With the beaches right in front of you. The apartments are in a small and very quiet urbanization, with a large garden that reaches the edge of the beach. The apartments are on the south coast of Vinaròs, Cala Puntal area. It is possible to rent on the ground floor or on the first floor. All apartments have sea and garden views. All apartments have wifi and parking space.

This apartment is on the ground floor, with the terrace facing directly to the sea and the garden, living-dining room with sofa-bed and flat-screen TV, a kitchenette, a bathroom with bathtub, two bedrooms (150cm bed and two 90cm beds), and parking space. In the garden there is also table and chairs, sun loungers and portable barbocoa.
The terrace of this apartment has a side awning that can be lowered to the ground to have the terrace more guarded if desired.

Setting

The Aiguaoliva Residential is located in Vinaròs, on the seafront of Cala Puntal, just 1.7km from the heart of the city, its promenade and fishing port. Vinaròs is a Mediterranean city with a seafaring soul that lives open to the sea. It combines the comforts of a city with the natural beauty offered by its 12km coastline with sandy beaches, natural coves and cliffs. It is a cheerful city with lots of activity throughout the year. Its people are welcoming and open which makes everyone feel at home. Its carnivals and patron festivities are famous. The magnificent promenade and the fishing port are very busy places and are full of excellent restaurants and terraces to enjoy throughout the year of its excellent cuisine.Sports and cultural activities can be enjoyed in the area. Panoramic Golf Club is 15 minutes away. Its location is ideal for discovering magnificent cultural excursions, hiking, mountain biking, bike tours by the Maestrazgo. It is 80 km from Castellón 150km from Valencia and 200km from Barcelona. Good access by the AP7, N340 motorway. 45 minutes from Castellón Airport.
