Comfortable and luminous apartment on the sea front, located in one of the most beautiful and picturesque places in Sitges: just next to the Church of Sant Bertomeu and Santa Tecla that forms part of the internationally well-known profile of the city and is the emblem of Sitges.

Located on the fourth floor it enjoys a splendid panoramic view of the promenade, the Church and the sea. The apartment is warm, practical and pleasantly furnished.

It is an ideal space to enjoy the temperate climate and many enchantments of Sitges in any season of the year. The apartment consists of a wide terrace, 2 large and comfortable bedrooms with wardrobes and beds measuring 140x200, one in front of the sea with leading onto the terrace, the other interior; bath with shower, a kitchen which opens onto the dining room and the hall with large windows opening onto the terrace. There is also an inner balcony containing the washing machine and boiler heating system. There is a gas hob, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer and ironing facilities. There is also a lift system.

The owner prefers non-smokers (although residents are welcome to smoke on the terrace). For rents inferiors to 7 days consult with the proprietor. The flat has a communal terrace for hanging out clothes to dry. Animals are not admitted.

The clean before arrival and after departure and towels and bed clothing are provided as part of the service. Regular cleaning service during your stay must be requested in advance. Cots or cradles would need to be asked for in advance. Kitchen and toilet paper, washing detergent and cleaning products are all included

Location and surroundings: The building in which one of the apartments is located in on the sea front beside the stairs leading to the Church of Sant Bertomeu and Santa Tecla and the sea promenade. It is situated in a pedestrian zone that forms part of a square in front of the Sailing Club and the beach of La Fragata.

Its privileged and centric location not means that the apartment is just a few metres from the beach, but the Old Center of Sitges, where the main commercial and cultural services are located, close to the town hall, the train station, the market, the parking, quality restaurants, cinemas, theatre, etc… Also, just a few metres from the apartment the architecturally splendid route begins with its great inheritance of mansions and buildings constructed at the beginning of the 20th century by people who had returned from Cuba having made their fortunes; and towards two of the main museums of the city: the Maricel and the Cau Ferrat, the old study of Santiago Rusiñol and emblem of the Modernism that was one of the original contributions Catalonia made to universal art.

Apart from its great attractiveness is the advantage that it is only 35 minutes from Barcelona by train or car, or 20 minutes from the Airport, 35km from Tarragona, 68km from Port Aventura (a popular theme park) and close to Vilafranca del Penedes and Sant Sadurni D’Anoia the two capitals of the wine producing zone of the Penedes.
