Cala Santanyí is a residential beach destination located 40 km away from Palma Airport, Fine sandy beaches, pine trees, crystal waters...

The house is built in a plot of around 300 square metres with a nice garden with tropical plants at the front of the house. The house is compound by two floors:
- in the ground floor you have the kitchen and dining room, the living room open to the ground floor terrace, a bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (with air conditioning).
- in the first floor there is another double room with is own in suite bathroom and a huuuuuughe terrace solarium.

As you can see, the house has space for up to 6 people, is fully equipped (washing machine, refrigerator, oven, microweaves, satellite TV, radio and cd player) and was redecorated in 2007.

The house has tha facilities for families with litle children: playground in the garden, cot, highchair, bath, mixer (to prepare the meals), etc
It's the ideal place for a deserved holiday!!.
