The accommodation

New house with 4 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC, living dining-room, kitchen. it has heating system and air conditioning , washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, SAT TV-UK, WIFI and DVD,.

There is a 45 qm large, private pool, bordered from large external terraces which offer a panorama view on the coasts of Porto Colom, Cala d'Or and of far on Cabrera.

The house is located between the villages Calonge and S 'Horta and the supermarket can be attained on foot. Cala d'Or is 4 km far away and Porto Colom as well as the golf club "Vall d'Or" with its 18 holes, are 2 km far way.

Furthermore the next beaches Cala Sanau, Cala Ferrera…are located about 3 km away.

Setting

The house is situated between the towns of Calonge and S'Horta, can walk to the supermarket, 4 km from Cala D'Or and Porto Colom, 2km Golf Vall D'Or "for 18 holes and 3 km from natural beaches Sanau Cala, Cala Mitjana, Cala Mondrago.

It is possible to walk or bike to go to designated routes Santueri medieval castle and the monastery of San Salvador, through a valley rich in water and where the orchards are located have popularized the people for their excellent S'Horta vegetables such as potatoes, tomatoes, peppers ...... which are then sold in markets, restaurants and supermarkets near S'Horta.

The house has a beautiful panoramic view, you can see from the lighthouse of Porto Colom, the entire coast of Cala Ferrera, Cala D'Or and the southern part you can see the island of Cabrera. We can also see the two neighboring peoples and the northern part of 500 meters is a small mountain of mountains.

For being so close to the two peoples if they can go on foot to make the purchase as well as vegetable and bread ensaimada morning as they have Bakeries, like going to eat at their restaurants.

* S'Arenal. Porto Colom beach surrounded by pine faro.Es area here where the famous dinner held during the holiday clubs Santiago. The beach is easily accessible by land and by sea.

* Cala Sanau. Virgin beach located 2 km from S'Horta surrounded by natural scenery and a number of similar all virgin coves such as Cala Mitjana, Cala Sand Estreta all accessible by car or on foot.

* Cala D'Or. It is composed of several small creeks but each has something special which characterizes them as, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Gran, Cala D'Or, Cala Egos, Cala Serena, Cala Ferrera ...

Various activities:

* Play Golf Vall D'Or, Cala Serena diving, hiking or biking to Ca Santueri mallet or San Salvador (no guidelines), visit the markets around, visit the Caves of Drach in Porto Cristo, excursions boat and know the Mallorcan coast
