A delightful, well-equipped very large country villa with sea views set in over 5,000 square metres of mature gardens in Figueira in the unspoilt Western Algarve.
Enjoying a hilltop setting this property is situated just a few minutes away from the Parque da Floresta golf and spa complex, uncrowded sandy beaches and picturesque fishing villages.
A little further away lies the historic town of Lagos with a choice of nightlife, marina, restaurants and bars..
The property also benefits from a legal tourist licence (Alojamento Local) awarded by the local city hall.
* The property is offered on a self-catering basis and the villa comprises: entrance hall, large living room with wood-burning fire, satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Leading from here is a separate dining area overlooking the garden and with views of the sea. Spacious kitchen with washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer.3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, (1 en-suite) and a separate WC. Selection of games and toys to keep the children amused!All linen included.
Outside area: 9X4.5 metre heated pool. Mature gardens, covered veranda, terraces and separate BBQ area.
