The accommodation

“Casa Dune" can accommodate up to 4 guests plus a baby, has a large terrace with private patio and garden overlooking the beautiful panoramic swimming pool, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room with comfortable double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen.
It is elegantly furnished in the colors of the nearby Dunes and equipped with all modern and useful amenities such as wi-fi, hot/cold air conditioner, mosquito nets, alarm system, burglar alarm fixtures, outdoor shower with hot water, dishwasher, small appliances of all kinds and everything can guarantee a carefree holiday. The house is a true oasis of peace and relaxation, in its large and private outdoor space, with a fascinating view of the countryside you can enjoy tasty breakfasts or lunches in the shade of bamboo, dine under the stars or have fun preparing tasty barbecues on the barbecue equipped with the house or relax in the comfortable outdoor sitting area taking an aperitif immersed in the colors of sunset.
The Pool is for common use of all the guests of the villa "La Janca" (max 12/13 persons) and it's large 50 mq and 1.20 m deep, it has a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside with its typical Meditarranean vegetation,
It's furnished with taste and refinement to enjoy comfortably the sun, colors and scents of the enchanting Salento, you can have there relax and fun in total privacy.
"La Janca" has a large common garden, which surrounds the swimming pool, with olive trees, figs, palm trees, prickly pears, lentisks and Mediterranean plants, fenced by the typical dry wall, a large private free parking and a laundry room with washing machine for common use.

It's only 300 mt from the wonderful sea of the Dunes of Campomarino di Maruggio, Blue Flag 2019, ideal for holidays of adults and children,
Its location is strategic, immersed in the total peace and quiet of the countryside close to the dunes and the sea, just 4 minutes walk away there is a beautiful free beach still wild and pristine; nearby there are refreshment points, a center for boat rental and water sports equipment and only 3 km away there is a wide choice of equipped beaches.
In addition, the nearby villages of campomarino, maruggio and San Pietro in Bevagna allow easy access to tourist facilities of all kinds, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours, banks, first aid points, a marina equipped for boat rental, diving and excursions and everything that can ensure an unforgettable holiday.

"La Janca" is located in the upper Salento in an ideal position to enjoy its beautiful sea and to visit some of the most famous and interesting places of Salento and the Valle d'itria.
The territory of this part of Salento will enchant you with its history, art and architecture, there is only the embarrassment of the choice between Roman archaeological sites, walls and messapic necropolis, early medieval and baroque churches, castles and fortified farms, coastal towers and trulli, Art Nouveau and Art Deco villas, medieval villages and ghost towns.
