Welcome to this wonderful house for 5 people in Denia. It offers a great terrace on the seafront of the beach of Santa Ana, in Denia.If you love houses by the sea, this one will be the best to spend unforgettable moments! While admiring the sea, you'll be able to enjoy small moments at the porch, like a delicious breakfast, or a good reading. And the top privilege will be having the beach a few steps away, boasting a fine golden sand a blue water.
To access the house, you have to climb the stairs in the backyard that overlooks the street. Inside you'll find a modern living - dining kitchen equipped with AC. It invites to cook on the ceramic hob as if you were at home, enjoy your delicious dishes and watch the TV while relaxing on the sofa and admiring the waves through the door. The 3 bedrooms offer a double bed and a closet. We can prepare a baby cot and a high chair if needed. The bathroom in the house has a shower. Finally, 1 fan, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board complete the equipment.
This holiday home is nearly over the beach sand of Santa Ana, in a quiet residential area of Denia. Here, you'll find several restaurants and some basic services but we recommend you go to Denia for more services, If you like playing golf, you can drive to the course in Oliva Nova, about 9.2 km.
The backyard is only the access way of the accommodation since there are neighbour downstairs.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

estancia muy agradable
Casa enfrente mar ideal para familia con niños aunque yo fui sin y estuve de maravilla, aire acondicionado para las habitaciones suficiente para temperatura agradable. Dueños muy atentos y amigables. Yo ofreceria como opcion plaza de parking a pagar en zona de enfrente. Sobre un comentario que solicita pastillas lavaplatos y rollos papel higienico para toda la estancia yo creo que no a lugar, con los dos que ponen al igual que un par de pastillas es suficiente, el inquilino se tiene que preocupar de todo eso al igual que de llenar la nevera . Llevo 20 años alquilando casas de vacaciones verano e invierno y es la primera vez que me encuentro paños de cocina nuevos y muchos perfecto. Para mejorar algo el baño que es un poco justo una minima reforma con una puerta corredera dejaria de ser estrecho y mas manejable.En pared de entrada lado izquierdo un pequeño mueble serviria para guarda utensilios de limpieza (cubo ,escoba) y disimularia la nevera que por cierto es maravillosa
