The accommodation

Villa Nerea is a cozy villa with private pool and Wi-Fi internet connection, located in the fascinating volcanic landscape of Lanzarote, in Playa Blanca, just 5 minutes drive from the beautiful Flamingo beach.

Inside, we find a spacious living room, equipped with SAT TV, and air conditioning, which gives access to the rest of the rooms and the outside area.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and en suite bathroom, and another two bedrooms with two single beds each. The latter share a second bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has direct access to the porch. This distribution makes it easy to enjoy a pleasant meal outdoors after a refreshing swim in the pool or a napping nap in a hammock in the sun.

Setting

Villa Nerea is situated in Playa Blanca, the sunniest and most southern area of Lanzarote with many beaches of fine golden sand and calm waters and a beautiful promenade that stretches from "Faro de Pechiguera" to "Puerto de Marina Rubicón" lined with a variety of wonderful cafes and restaurants for all tastes.
In Playa Blanca there are 2 ports: "Playa Blanca", which still retains the atmosphere of a small fishing community and "Marina Rubicón" where you can find luxury yachts and the creation of nautical events such as transatlantic regattas, fishing competitions, regattas, surfing competitions, sailing courses, tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, etc
There is also a craft market held at the "Marina Rubicon", on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Here you can buy the usual range of leather goods, clothing and souvenirs.
The port is surrounded by a selection of luxury shops and exquisite restaurants.
Quiet and golden beaches of fine sand are provided by Playa Flamingo and Playa Dorada as well as the most famous beaches, the Papagayo Beaches, where you can enjoy the sun, practice water sports or just take a walk.
Papagayo beaches are located in a natural conservation area. These are virgin and undeveloped beaches with impressive caves, turquoise waters and fine golden sand.

Lanzarote is the easternmost island of the Canary Islands, declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1993, with an amazing volcanic landscape.

Lanzarote has a temperate and subtropical climate with an average annual temperature of 22 º C.

The "Parque Nacional de Timanfaya" National Park is a must, transformed by the volcanic eruptions from 1730. It is possible to detect these geothermal anomalies by itself due to the unusual temperature of the subsoil. Why not enjoy a camel ride in this amazing landscape? It is, without a doubt, of a spectacular and surreal beauty.

"Monument to the Peasant": pieces by the famous artist César Manrique masters loaded with symbolic references.

"Castillo de San José": This old military fortress houses the International Museum of Contemporary Art.
"Cactus Garden": 5000 m2 in this garden you can admire more than 7200 different plants, including more than 1100 different types of cactus from Peru, Mexico, Chile, United States, Morocco, Kenya, Tanzania, Madagascar and the Canary Islands

"Jameos del Agua y la Cueva La Cueva de los Verdes": underground volcanic tubes formed by the lava flow from the eruption of La Corona volcano. Places of interest La Cueva de los Verdes is like taking a magical journey to the center of the earth with more than 6 km of tunnels and a bright blue lake in the center.

Mirador del Rio point of view: is located in the north of the island, with impressive panoramic views, overlooking the islands of La Graciosa, Alegranza and Montaña Amarilla along with other smaller islands.
