4 Apartments located in Passeig de Gracia, the street with the most representative Modernist buildings in Catalonia and the shop windows for Dior, Armani, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Bulgari, Valentino, Chanel, Lladró ....

Two 60 sq metre flats on the first floor (really 2nd) with two 2 square metre balconies overlooking small gardens on the Paseo de Gracia.

Fantastic views, bright and very little noise.

A 1901 building which was fully renovated in 2003, and the apartment was used for the first time in March 2010. Caretaker. Aluminium exterior windows with double glazing.

Equipped with electrical appliances, televisions, plates, sheets, towels.... 1 double rooms with 12 sq metres, with a TV, 4 m2 bathroom, 22 sq. metre lounge-dining room with a TV and DVD. A fully equipped 7 sq metre kitchen. Safety deposit box, satellite TV, WI-FI and water, electricity and gas included.

These are no smoking apartments.

* The price only include 1 or 2 people. For every aditional person 20€ will be required(16 in low season).Max 4 people.
* Children under 2 years with no aditional fee.(Free cradle and baby seat)
* Every aditional cleaning service with sheet change will cost 50€
* A 300€ deposit will be required at the arrival date and will be given back at the departure when the keys are returned and if the apartment is in an apropiate way.
