Villa Matilde is divided in two apartments with independent entrances but it is rented as private villa. The house is spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished, texture and fittings are of good standard. The pool measures a rescpectable 9 x 4, the panoramic terrace is well furnished for sunbathing and dining “al fresco”, and the spacious patio has a barbecue, fridge and seating for ten.
