This rustic villa brings the charm of rural Spain into the heart of the northern Costa Blanca.

Situated in the established and peaceful Absubia-Capsades urbanisation, it is set on 8,835m2 of country land, with orange groves and a variety of fruit trees that includes avocado, grapefruit , apple and pear trees.

The fruit groves are irrigated by an automatic watering system, enabling easy maintenance of this beautiful private domain. A true rural gem of this kind, with such space and privacy yet within three kilometres of Arenal Beach and the facilities and life of Javea Port, is rare indeed.

The finca is made up of two houses with a combined built area of 452m2. Separated by a fine Andalusian-style patio, they offer the possibility of being used independently or being combined into one large house. One of the many attractive features of the main house is a charming rustic porch with stone arches and wooden beams.

Inside there is a lounge/dining room with fireplace, a spacious kitchen with laundry, glassed-in terrace and servant's quarters.

On the upper floor there is a main bedroom with dressing area and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The second property has a spacious lounge/dining room with kitchen and a double bedroom and bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
