Living here you are just a short walking distance from the Sants Central Railway and Bus station. So close, yet you are on a quiet street with a balcony and patios.

Innovatively designed home, surrounded by sunlight in the living room and a bedroom. Comfortable modern living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, a balcony, red granite kitchen, electric heating and new white parquet flooring. First bedroom with two-storied single bed, a wardrobe, a desk and with a view to the open patio. Second bedroom, the largest one, has a double sofa bed to keep the space open, a small table with a TV, a wardrobe and windows to the interior patio and a living area with natural light. Third bedroom with a double bed, a small bedside table with a mirror. One big bathroom with high quality Gres Catalana tiles and new style glass portrait Face of Time fitted into the wall. Both bathrooms are handmade with showers, washbasins, toilets, mirrors and all appliances you could need during your stay. This accommodation includes washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and an oven. Conveniences such as iron and board, kettle, coffee maker and a tea pot are also supplied.
