"Can Trullàs", 5-room house 200 m2 on 2 levels, rustic furnishings: entrance hall 20 m2. Living room with open fireplace, TV, radio, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 double sofa bed. Exit to the garden. Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/bidet/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm), bath/bidet/WC. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed. Exit to the terrace. Bath/bidet/WC. Large terrace 40 m2, patio 500 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (6). View of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. There is an open lounge on the upper floor with a sofa bed with a thick foam mattress to put on the floor - only for children. Some beds are 180 cm long.
House "Can Trullàs", 2 storeys, renovated in 1992. Outside the resort, 1 km from the centre of Viladecavalls, in a secluded, quiet, sunny, elevated position. Private: grounds (fenced), swimming pool kidney shaped (depth 150 - 180 cm, 01.01.-31.12.). Pergola (40 m2). Parking in the grounds. Shop 1 km, grocers 1 km, restaurant 1 km, railway station 1.5 km. Please note: car essential. The house is situated in a finca of 150 hectares, with 2 other houses.
