2-room house 70 m2, simple furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofa bed (135 cm), TV, satellite-TV, radio, air-conditioning and warm air heating. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (ceramic glass hob, micro wave). Wood heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm). Bath/bidet/WC. Terrace 15 m2. View of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The sofa bed is suitable for 1 adult or 2 children.
In the resort, 500 m from the centre, in an elevated position on a slope. Public car park at 700 m. Shop 200 m, grocers 300 m, restaurant, bus stop 200 m. The house is sitauted on the hill of the Alhambra, in the surroundings of the old Arab palace.
