3-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels: 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 double bed. Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: living/dining room with 1 sofa bed (135 cm), TV. Kitchen (oven, micro wave, freezer). Sep. WC. 2 terraces. View of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. View of the Sierra Nevada and Granada.
Semi-detached house. 10 km from the centre of Granada, on the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Alhedín. For shared use: garden with lawn. Private: swimming pool (7 x 9 m, 01.04.-23.10.) with built-in steps. Outside shower. Arbour, terrace (35 m2), garden furniture. Parking in the grounds. Grocers 1 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach 60 km. Golf course 3 km, ski runs 35 km. National road, 100 m.
