The accommodation

Between sea and mountains, near the banks of the Adour, Villa Mendia is a haven of modernity and tranquility. The interior spaces, with large volumes, lend themselves to the joys of vacations, with family or friends.

In the morning, the smell of hot coffee rises from the ultra-designer kitchen to the mezzanine in the hallway leading to the bedrooms. At the end of the day, returning from the beach and its refreshing rolls, it is good to linger in the still warm rays of the sun on the terrace, whose panoramic view rests the senses - before meeting around a dinner at candlelight, outside or in the dining area set up in front of the large bay window. Unless you embark on a frantic game of table football. The little ones, tired from their many dives, will tell each other their innocent secrets under the benevolent eye of a teddy bear, guardian of this childish temple.

Clean and sober, the decoration invites you to meditate - a welcome breath that allows you to enjoy the view of the lush landscape. In the bathrooms, comfort and minimalism are present: waxed concrete spirit in one with large walk-in shower, bathtub framed by stylized cement tiles in the other. At night, we leave the curtains open in the bedrooms to fall asleep in front of the starry sky: a magical spectacle, in complete communion with nature.

Setting

Specific points:
The house does not yet have a swimming pool. However, the project is underway and there is a hole in the garden pending the start of work.
Thanks to the proximity of the motorway, Spain is 15 minutes away.
In the children's room there are two beds, a single bed and a sofa bed with the possibility of adding a single mattress.
